The team has a strong reputation, regularly closing high profile transactions across the UK and internationally and recently retained the title of Best Financial Advisor for Corporates at the Global Capital Syndicated Loan Awards. We advise sovereign, private equity, corporate, not‑for‑profit and entrepreneurial clients on debt‑related matters, including refinancings, acquisition and growth financings across the bank, credit fund, ABL and capital markets and currently has a healthy book of live deals and near‑term opportunities.
