Job Summary

The Director of Business Development will play a critical role in driving global sales and business development strategy for our Pharmaceuticals division. Reporting to the Vice President CMO Business Development, the Director will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Contract Manufacturing business by identifying and capitalizing on strategic partnerships and business development initiatives in the rapidly advancing sales and marketing of the Pharma Contract Manufacturing Organization.
The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Product Management, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Technical Operations, Quality, Regulatory, EH&S, Procurement, Project Management, Business Strategy, etc., to shape and execute business strategies that will foster innovation and accelerate growth in alignment with the overall business objectives and market needs.
