Novartis Pharma Schweiz in Colombia seeks an expert in AI Compliance & Regulatory Alignment. You will be responsible for defining AI compliance standards and managing AI risk frameworks across Development in adherence to regulations such as the FDA/EMA and the EU AI Act.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in a relevant field, along with strong experience in AI compliance, regulatory governance, and risk management, while being fluent in English.
