**_Purpose_**

Leads and oversees IB Digital Agile Delivery in International Banking ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Provides effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and supporting the development of our software platforms across IB for our Digital Programs.
