**Direct Support Professional (DSP I)**

Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or mental health challenges in living more independent lives.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meals, routines)
+ Support social, interpersonal, and adaptive skill development
+ Follow individualized service plans (ISP)
+ Provide care in residential or community settings

**Requirements**

+ High School Diploma (or equivalent)
+ Experience with adults with IDD ( **required** )
+ 18+ years old
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and follow care standards
+ CPR, TB screening, and health clearance (as required)

**Position Details**

+ **Schedule:** Fri–Sat | 16 hours/week
+ **Contract:** 13 weeks (temp-to-perm opportunity)
+ **Start Date:** 07/13/2026
+ **No client interview required**
