Position Overview
- Support client account documentation and servicing activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a liaison between field/branch teams and centralized operations to resolve account and documentation issues.
- Process returned mail, batching, scanning, and related document handling activities.
- Provide phone and email support for operational and compliance-related inquiries.
