Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements.
- Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Provide support for software development, user testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking.
- Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities.
- Monitor and track basic KPIs for digital initiatives and escalate issues when necessary.
