Assist in gathering user requirements, documenting workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation or digitization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support ongoing digital projects and system enhancements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Provide support for software development, user testing (UAT), system rollouts, and post-implementation tracking.
• Prepare training materials and assist in end-user training and adoption activities.
• Monitor and track basic KPIs for digital initiatives and escalate issues when necessary.
