The role is responsible for delivering seamless and connected customer journeys across digital touchpoints by leading product enhancements, improving UI/UX, driving feature innovation, governing agency delivery, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to create integrated, high-quality consumer experiences that support business and portfolio objectives.
