What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in London, which is responsible for focusing on the operational support of our Digital Wealth portals and the associated users of these. Working closely with both business stakeholders and our third-party platform providers, the role develops a deep understanding of how the systems work, to provide technical support in investigating and resolving issues, and triaging requests.
As Digital Platform Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include among others:
