Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for the configuration, validation, and day‑to‑day operation of the CMS (Umbraco) and the Loyalty platform for the Portuguese market, working from user stories managed in Jira. You will also work across CRM and Loyalty initiatives, developing both local and group‑level campaigns, as well as managing and enhancing the Loyalty scheme.
