The owners are looking for a strong capable leader as a Business Partner who will drive the core business of the agency both from day-to-day leadership and acquisition and retention. This person will invest in the business and acquire equity in stages. This person could come from an Agency background or may be a senior marketer in a corporate business who understands what a winning client/agency relationship looks like. You must also understand technology as an enabler and be digitally savvy.
