This is a training role with a difference. Based at a vocational IT institute in Newmarket, you'll be delivering hands‑on technology programmes in an open, office‑style learning environment, the kind of place where students feel like they're already in industry. Your job is to help learners gain the skills and confidence to land their first IT role.

We're looking for someone who has lived both sides, real industry experience in web development, computer engineering, infrastructure, or cloud. Less important is the experience in training; we will train you in teaching. You don't need to come from a traditional classroom background; what matters is that you can connect with diverse learners, make technical content engaging, and genuinely care about student outcomes.
