The Digital Learning Specialist will support the design, development, and deployment of high-quality, interactive eLearning solutions across functional areas such as financial management, acquisition, logistics, human capital, and related mission domains. This role is responsible for building SCORM-compliant courses using Articulate Storyline 360, translating instructional designs and storyboards into fully functional courseware, and ensuring all deliverables meet accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), usability, and technical standards.
