Opella is the self-care challenger in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market. The Butterfly program was created to drive the transformation of the company into a fully independent, data & AI-powered organization, with a focus on implementing SAP S4 across the whole company as part of the separation from Sanofi.

Responsibilities

1. Program Management
   • Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan for the Butterfly ERP Transformation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and seamless integration across all impacted areas.
   • Own end-to-end delivery of the integrated ERP roadmap across markets and sites, including dependencies with satellite applications and related initiatives.
