Position Overview
Responsibilities - Maintain and update current repository of app performance data (sales contribution to eShop, usage) on a weekly and monthly basis to track trends and key insights.
- Consolidate and optimize web support articles by integrating relevant links to eShop/app, driving self‑serve and increasing traffic.
- Refresh and enhance My Singtel App push notification guides to reflect the latest updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. eShop marketing team, designers) to execute push notification campaigns and in‑app banners that drive traffic and sales.
- Assist in ad‑hoc projects, including preparing presentation slides for meetings and updates.
- Support the planning and execution of internal team‑building and volunteerism activities.
Qualifications - Minimum commitment of 3 months.
- Currently pursuing a university degree.
