Senior Digital Certificates Specialist will provide technical support for OpenText's non-paying trading partners, implementation agents, other customer support representatives, operations, internal IT & Security, and engineering. The senior also acts at an advisory level for all digital certificates specialists and serves as stand‑in manager when required.
