Digital and Access Solutions Specialist / Technical expert of CLIQ product and all other software solutions for the Canada region.
Reports to: Managing Director - Canada
Location: Montreal, Quebec - Canada

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany sales teams and distribution partners through sales activities, deployments, and usage of CLIQ projects at customers.
- Provide technical expertise, support, and training for Digital products, software, and service range in Canada and, by request, in other countries for sales partners and end customers.
- Deliver documentation and tools for sales teams, distribution partners, and integrators to aid sales development.
- Communicate with all stakeholders of Digital systems in the region about scheduled updates, new feature releases, service outages, unplanned incidents, and other factory‑issued notifications.
