Position Overview
North Westchester Restorative Therapy and Nursing is seeking Per diem Dietary Aide's to join their team. Qualifications: - Nursing home kitchen experience preferred
- Cooking experience preferred
- ServSafe certified preferred
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to): - Aids in all dietary functions as instructed, in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times
- Prepares portions and serves appropriate and adequate amounts of food items, beverages and desserts for meal service according to infection control procedures.
- Prepares and delivers nourishment to the units at appropriate times according to procedure in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Sets up trays and/or place settings according to prescribed therapeutic diets using meal tickets according to procedure in a timely, safe and sanitary manner. ...
