Position Summary:

Provide assistance and support in all food functions including preparation, processing, delivery to patients, etc.

Must be willing to work either AM shift (5am to 2pm) or PM shift (11:30am to 8pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor and/or Cook as requested
• Help with meal preparation in accordance with patient dietary needs
• Assist in serving meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance
• Timely setting up of meal service, maintenance of food carts and delivery of meal trays
• Adheres to sanitation and food safety guidelines during meal preparation and clean up
• Keeps work areas clean (sweep/mop floors, sterilize counter tops, et...
