A well‑established commercial diesel trucking operation in Hollywood, Florida is seeking an experienced and people‑oriented Hands-on Shop Foremen to lead a team of three diesel technicians. This role is ideal for a highly skilled diesel technician or lead tech who is ready to advance into management and take ownership of a growing service department. The majority of their fleet are straight trucks in Class 7 (Freightliners, International and Hino.)

The Shop Manager will oversee daily shop operations, ensure high-quality repair standards, drive productivity, and maintain strong relationships with both internal staff and external customers.
