This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and stringent safety enforcement. Key Responsibilities MUST BE PROFIEICENT IN SERVICING BELL EQUIPMENT AND, MUST HAVE STRONG TEAM LEADER/ FOREMAN MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

• Supervision & Team Management: Hands-on to lead and guide a team of diesel mechanics, including assigning tasks, training, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
