Schedule:

• Part Time-Looking for help 2 days a week
• Work mostly at Byron but help in Rockford
• Day shift only
• Fixed schedule/no on-call

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to function at a high level with little oversight to provide nursing care, training, and home support (as needed);
