About This Role:

The Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory and Department of Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Kansas State University seeks a Diagnostic Technician II. The person in this position will participate in the performance of rabies serum neutralization antibody analyses on human and animal sera and rabies antigen detection on animal tissue samples. For human sera testing, the individual must meet the Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA) qualifications and requirements for laboratory personnel outlined below. He/she will be responsible for the interpretation and reporting of results and maintaining the quality of test results and reports.
