D&I Projects & Program Support:
Assist in the coordination and delivery of key D&I initiatives (e.g. FIA Girls on Track, Careershift, and other inclusion-focused programs).Support the development of new projects aimed at increasing diversity and participation across FIA activities.Help monitor project timelines, deliverables, and impact metrics. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:
Support the management of relationships with internal departments, ASNs, teams, and external partners involved in D&I initiatives.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and partnership materials.Contribute to the coordination of events, workshops, and activations at races or FIA-led initiatives.
