About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused DGM – ISCM (Downstream) to lead Pan-India warehousing, CFA operations, transportation, and downstream logistics. The role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, service excellence, and cost optimization across the supply chain network while ensuring seamless customer fulfilment in a fast-paced D2 C/FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Pan-India CFA operations, warehousing, transportation, and downstream logistics.
Ensure efficient distribution centre operations aligned with business and customer SLA requirements.
Drive inventory accuracy, FIFO compliance, stock hygiene, and warehouse operational efficiency.
Lead transportation planning, route optimization, freight management, and reverse logistics operations.
Manage 3 PL partners, transporters, and logistics vendors to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
