If you’re a Texas Master Plumber who’s tired of chaos, price games, and “sell, sell, sell” shops, this is for you.

What You Get

• Pay : $50–$60/hr depending on experience and performance (+ incentives / commission opportunities).
• Schedule : Core hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with optional extra hours (M–F 4–6 PM, Sat 8–2).
• Work : Clean, organized residential service & repair in occupied homes. No construction chaos.
• Truck & Tools : 2025 take-home truck for qualifying techs, company tablet, tools provided, and uniforms.
• Stability : We keep the board full with quality calls so you’re not sitting in the parking lot waiting.
• Growth : Clear path to lead tech and GM for the right person, with real input into how we run the shop.

What You’ll Do (Master Plumber)
