DEKA Research & Development is searching for a Device Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be directly supporting the Lead Test Technician in maintaining the use of test equipment, test devices, and support provisions required to conduct formal verification testing.  

How you will make an impact as a Device Coordinator:

+ Manages large quantity of test devices (phones, tablets, watches, pumps, etc.) and support provisions (CGM, infusion sets, extension sets, etc.) using an asset tracking system

+ Device enrollment, configuration, and OS/software version management of test devices

+ Data hygiene responsibilities including wiping and resetting devices between test cycles

+ Proactively pursues resolution of observations to maintain fleet of test assets

+ Provides training, supervision, and mentorship of other team members (i.e., other test technicians) in the use of test equipment and devices
