In this role you will help improve the quality of Home and Community Based Services for older adults and people with developmental disabilities throughout Nebraska.

Responsibilities


+ Reviewing critical incidents and sentinel events



+ Analyzing data



+ Writing reports



+ Actively participating in meetings



+ Providing technical assistance in person-centered care


Work setting and schedule

You will work Monday through Friday primarily during daytime hours.

This is a remote position which will allow you to work from home and occasionally require you to travel to locations throughout Eastern Nebraska. Travel is estimated at 10%.
