Position Overview

We are working with one of London’s most exclusive event catering companies, known for creating exceptional food for luxury venues, elite private clients and high-profile celebrations. This role sits at the centre of their creative kitchen, developing new concepts and elevating dishes to a consistently exceptional standard.

They are seeking a Development Sous Chef with Michelin-level skill, strong flavour understanding and the ability to create refined, visually striking dishes.

Around 80 percent of the role focuses on tasting and development, with 20 percent supporting high‑calibre events.
