Development Manager / Senior Development Manager

deverellsmith has partnered with a London developer to appoint a front-end DM/SDM to support the Director and Deputy Director across an active, large-scale mixed-use project in London.

The role

You’ll work in close collaboration with internal teams, taking ownership across planning and development strategy, consultant management and project delivery.

• Assist in devising and executing planning and development strategy - managing progress and programme for agreed activities
• Brief, appoint and manage external consultants - reviewing draft documents for Director approval
• Manage external appointments and internal budgets, preparing associated internal reports
• Control information and records across all planning and development matters
• Provide support on all planning and development matters as required across the projects
