Millfield School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Development Manager (Operations) to play a key role within the Development Office.

This position leads on the operational delivery that underpins engagement, fundraising and stewardship activity, with responsibility for data, systems, financial processes, reporting and compliance.

It is a varied and strategic role requiring a collaborative, detail-focused individual who can drive continuous improvement and support the successful delivery of Development priorities.
