Speedo Swim Squads in Dubai is seeking a Development Coach to join their team. This role leads the poolside swimming programme, acting as a builder and manager rather than overseeing one group. The Coach structures sessions, aligns with the Head Coach’s vision, and focuses on long-term swimmer development and system growth.

Main Mission: Build and structure a strong, consistent, and progressive competitive swimming program. Manage the program to ensure long‑term swimmer development, clear career pathways, and measurable results. Implement and adapt the program on a daily basis, as it is not delivered ready‑made. The coach will be responsible for creating, adjusting, and bringing the program to life, ensuring it meets both immediate needs and long‑term goals.
