Become a pivotal part of our IT Support team as a Desktop Support Technician II on a contractor basis. Specialize in providing hands-on troubleshooting and desktop assistance in an energetic support center.
This position involves being the first line of defense for customer technical issues. You’ll engage with teams and third-party vendors to resolve AV problems, ensuring operations across shifts run smoothly. Strong familiarity with Windows systems, desktop applications, and general IT knowledge is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer hardware and software issues promptly
