Position Overview
Desktop Support Analyst
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and access-related issues impacting employees. Manage and resolve support tickets within SLA, supporting both on-site and remote users.
Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
+ Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
+ Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals
+ Assist with system deployments, imaging, and hardware refreshes
+ Maintain asset records and update documentation
Requirements:
+ Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
+ Knowledge of Active Directory and basic networking
+ Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tickets in a fast-paced environment
