Position Overview
Main Tasks and Responsibilities include:
Set up of computers (hardware and software)
Installation of computers and networking
Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
Equipment movements
Return of IT stock, dispatching and IT asset management of stock
Servicing of IT equipment
Testing and benchmarking Requirements:
Matric and Completed A+ and N+ qualifications
1 years experience in a Desktop Support or similar IT support role
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
