Ghrs Training is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide essential technical assistance in an international voice environment. If you're a graduate with experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and expertise in a range of IT tools, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for end-users on various IT issues. Serve as the first point of contact for support requests, managing inquiries via an international voice process. Utilize and manage ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk to track, prioritize, and resolve user issues. Administer and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions within Active Directory (AD).
