Requirements

• Graduate of any IT/Engineering related course
• Male not more than 28 years old
• Good oral and written English communication skills
• Extensive experience in customer service
• At least 1 year experience in PC/NB troubleshooting
• Experience in basic structured cabling system (Cat5e & Fiber)
• Broad experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft software (Windows, MS Office, etc)
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
