We’re seeking a customer-focused IT Deskside Engineer to join our client on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end users, providing Level 1 and Level 2 Service Desk support in a modern Microsoft end-user computing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users via Service Desk and Deskside support channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user access issues
- Set up, configure and deploy desktops across a larger user environment
- Support and manage end-user devices using Microsoft Intune
- Delivery positive customer experience through clear communication and professional support
About You
- Proven experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support in Service Desk or Deskside environments
