As the Design Oversite Manager, you will shape how Florida’s Turnpike infrastructure performs for decades to come. This role serves as the authoritative voice for maintainability, operations, and lifecycle performance during project development. You will ensure that roadway, facilities, telecommunications, and supporting systems are designed not just to meet standards — but to be safe, serviceable, resilient, and cost-effective over their full lifecycle.

You will influence projects before they are built, integrating real-world maintenance insight into engineering decisions, preventing costly rework, improving safety outcomes, and strengthening long-term asset performance across Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise (FTE).
