Our client is a leading Tier 1 Build Contractor and, due to continued growth across their Midlands region, is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team based in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering major construction projects across the region, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure design solutions are coordinated, compliant, and delivered to programme.

The Role

The Design Manager will be responsible for delivering major Ministry of Justice projects, alongside schemes across a range of other sectors. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate the design process from tender stage through to project completion, ensuring all designs are compliant, buildable, secure, and delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality objectives.
