Overview

54 reasons is looking for a creative and motivated Ux or human‑centred design specialist with experience working directly with children, young people and their carers to help shape our service offer and improve our client experience. 54 reasons is Australia's leading child rights organisation, and a key part of the Save the Children Australia Group. In this full‑time six‑month contract role, you will embed user voice and experience into service design and scale our impact where children’s rights are not being met.

Responsibilities

• Champion human‑centred design across 54 reasons.
• Develop solutions that improve 54 reasons’ client experience and outcomes for tenders, service reviews or pilot programmes.
• Lead research and design activities with children, young people, carers, staff and delivery partners.
