Design & Planning Coordinator
to oversee project planning, design coordination, scheduling, and progress control across major building projects. The successful candidate will ensure design milestones are integrated with construction schedules, driving timely, cost-efficient, and high-quality project delivery aligned with client and stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of project master programmes from tender to completion.
Develop detailed construction schedules, design deliverables schedules, resource plans, and progress-tracking systems using
Primavera P6
and/or
Microsoft Project .
Coordinate with design consultants, internal design teams, and technical departments to ensure design milestones are met and aligned with construction timelines.
