• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) applications, focusing on robust and scalable retail storefronts.
• Develop and optimize features for catalog management, search, shopping cart, checkout, promotions, and customer accounts.
• Support retail business functions including product catalog/category management, pricing, promotions, discounts, coupons, checkout, payments, and order placement.
• Ensure seamless, responsive, and optimized customer experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, OMS, PIM, CRM systems, payment gateways, and third‑party services utilizing REST APIs, OCAPI / SCAPI, and web services.
