Description
Summary: Utilizes assessment, health promotion, and disease management skills to provide
dermatological care to adults and children.'
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are subject to accommodation in
accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for
pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions including, but not limited to, eczema,
psoriasis, acne, infections, autoimmune disorders, and skin cancers.
• Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions,
electrosurgery, and other in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Works as part of a team, including working collaboratively with physicians, to ensure
smooth functioning of the department and patient-centered care.
