The First Assessment Services is looking for a Deputy Team Manager to join our team at the Front Door of Bristol Children's Services.

The role requires you to provide a high quality, customer focussed service to children, young people, and families that supports early intervention and avoids unnecessary escalation of concerns about children. Providing a high-quality service to professional referrers to the First Response Team, that supports a shared responsibility for better outcomes for children.

Operating as the Senior Practitioner in the team, supporting the First Response Advisors when taking calls and receiving information from the public and referrers, and then recommending the appropriate response.
