If you are an enthusiastic, experienced Community Staff Nurse, this is an exciting opportunity to enhance and develop your leadership knowledge and skills within the dynamic role of a Community Nursing Deputy Team Leader. 

This temporary position will see the successful candidate working alongside the District Nurse Team Leader, assisting in managing and leading a Community Nursing Team. In addition, you will work in collaboration with the wider Integrated Community Care/Primary Care services to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and patient focused planned and unplanned care at home.
