A great pub and restaurant close to Kettering are looking for a deputy manager. This is part of a growing company who can offer you a real career with ongoing progression and promotion.


Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this restaurant's success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the bar and restaurant.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Supporting and supervising restaurant staff.

  • Assisting in staff training and development.

  • Collaborating with the management team to maintain our restaurant's excellent reputation.

  • Contributing to creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
