The House of Commons’ Procedural Services is currently looking to staff the Deputy Principal Clerk (with Table Duty) position.
This recruitment and selection process is restricted to House of Commons Administration employees and parliamentary partners.
Deputy Principal Clerks act as front-line managers in overseeing the work of the various Branches within Procedural Services (House Proceedings, Committees and Legislative Services, International and Interparliamentary Affairs and Parliamentary Information), including hiring professional and support staff, engaging in collective bargaining, and ensuring training opportunities and the professional development of their teams
