Duties

• Support the General Manager in the overall operation of the hotel
• Lead and manage FOH and BOH teams, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Handle guest queries, complaints and service recovery professionally
• Oversee staff scheduling, performance and daily supervision
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards
• Monitor operational efficiency, stock control and cost management
• Assist with training, development and team motivation
• Step in to manage the hotel in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel supervisory or management role
