As Deputy Director for Digital Performance and Capability, you will play a pivotal senior leadership role at the heart of the Department for Transport’s digital transformation. Leading a directorate with around a £45m budget, 180 staff, and major supplier contracts, you will shape strategy, drive performance, and build capability across the DfT digital function. This role offers significant influence in delivering the Government’s Digital Strategy, improving efficiency, strengthening cyber resilience, and closing digital skills gaps at scale across the organisation.
